James Browne Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage Fianna Fáil

My Department does not have this information as Uisce Éireann has statutory responsibility for all aspects of public water services, including planning, delivery and operation at national, regional and local levels and I, as Minister, have no role in operational matters.

In its role as the state water body, Uisce Éireann is responsible for the maintenance of capacity registers, which are published at: www.water.ie/connections/developer-services/capacity-registers.

Uisce Éireann has established a dedicated team to deal with representations and queries from public representatives. The team can be contacted via email to oireachtasmembers@water.ie or by telephone on a dedicated number, 0818 578 578.
