The arrangements to be observed by Civil Servants in respect of gifts of goods or services are set out in the Civil Service Code of Standards and Behaviour, specifically Section 16, which are published on the website of the Standards in Public Office Commission. While there is a register to reflect the Minister and Ministers of State, there is no register specific to Civil Servants held in my Department.

The information requested in relation to the bodies under the aegis of my Department is an operational matter for each agency. As such the Deputy may wish to contact the Agencies directly in relation to the matter raised. Contact details are attached for ease of reference.
