2218. Deputy Donna McGettigan asked the Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration further to Parliamentary Question No. 2247 of 28 July 2026, if he has received the necessary information from Garda authorities to answer the question; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [61240/26]

I refer to Parliamentary Question No 2247 of 28 July 2026 where you sought: "To ask the Minister for Justice; Home Affairs and Migration the number of new marked Garda vans added to the Clare-Tipperary Garda division in 2025 and to-date in 2026; the number of marked vans withdrawn from this division during same period, in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter."

As you will recall, I sought the information from the Garda authorities and undertook to contact you again once the information was to hand.

The table below has been provided to me by the Garda authorities and outlines the number of marked vans allocated to and removed from the Clare-Tipperary Division in 2025 and as of 30 June 2026.

An Garda Síochána publishes detailed information on the Garda fleet from 2008 to date. Monthly Fleet reports that include a Divisional breakdown are currently available from 2020 to June 2026. This is publicly available on their website at the following link:
