Deputy Mattie McGrath asked the Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration the number of minors convicted of criminal offences on two or more occasions in each of the past five years; the number involved in dangerous driving, unauthorised taking of vehicles, scrambler bike offences, and public order offences; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The management of the courts and operational matters are the responsibility of the Courts Service, which is independent in the exercise of its functions under the Courts Service Act 1998.
