The eligibility criteria in relation to accommodation as part of the Temporary Protection Transition Scheme is that a person must not be availing of state supported accommodation such as commercially provided, rapid build programme or hosted accommodation supported by the Accommodation Recognition Payment at the time of application.

A person who purchases a home and is living in that home will meet the accommodation criteria for the scheme.
