Precise data on occupancy rate for all of the years requested was not readily available and verifiable in the time allowed. The Department will follow up with the Deputy to complete the data requested in the coming days. In the meantime, I can say that data from the Oberstown annual reports for 2024 and 2025 indicated an occupancy rate of 85% in each of those two years.
