Deputy Ruairí Ó Murchú asked the Minister for Health in relation to the HSE’s national environmental health service online portal for registering tobacco products and nicotine inhaling products, whether the statutory tax-clearance requirement was successfully verified before every licence was issued; whether licences were issued as a result of a defect, omission or administrative error in the process; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
