Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health the details of all HSE audits, compliance reviews, SLA reviews, monitoring visits, inspections or other formal quality or performance reviews relating to (details supplied) undertaken in each year from 2021 to 2026; the date and nature of each review; the findings; if recommendations, deficiencies, areas of noncompliance or corrective actions were identified, the nature of each; whether a timeframe for completion was specified; whether the action was completed; whether the HSE subsequently verified completion; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health to provide details of the KPIs, SLA targets and other measurable service requirements applicable to funding to (details supplied) by the HSE in each of the years 2021 to 2026; the performance reported against each requirement in each year; whether the HSE determined that each target had been met; where a target was not met, the nature and extent of the shortfall, if an improvement plan or corrective action was required, if funding or other consequence arose from the failure to meet the target, and whether the corrective action was completed; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
