Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 779 of 21 April 2026, the number and value of General Medical Services pharmacy claims rejected or left unpaid in each of the years 2023, 2024 and 2025 (details supplied); if the absence of any assessment of the patient impact of such rejected or unpaid claims is recorded on any Health Service Executive risk register or internal audit plan; if she will commit to establishing a methodology to assess and report on the patient impact of such rejected or unpaid claims; and if she make a statement on the matter.
