Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health whether a company (details supplied) currently or previously held any contracts, framework agreements or subcontracting arrangements with the HSE; if so, the nature and duration of those arrangements and the HSE facilities or projects to which they related; whether the HSE requires contractors and subcontractors to demonstrate compliance with employment and pension legislation; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
