Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health whether the HSE has procedures for ensuring that contractors engaged to provide services to the HSE comply with their obligations to employees regarding written terms and conditions of employment, PRSI and occupational pension contributions; whether such compliance is monitored during the lifetime of a contract; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
