Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health the total amount of HSE and Exchequer funding provided to an organisation (details supplied) in each of the years 2021 to 2025, broken down by individual service or programme and by source of funding; the amount committed and paid in 2026 to date; the purpose for which each allocation was provided; whether any funding was conditional on the achievement of specified performance, quality or service-level targets; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
