Deputy Michael Cahill asked the Minister for Health the number of patients that waited over 24 hours in the accident and emergency department in University Hospital Kerry in each of the years 2023 to 2025 and to date in 2026, broken down by age category (details supplied), in tabular form; the measures being taken to address these waiting times for senior citizens; the length of time it will take to significantly improve these waiting times; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
