Under the Health Act 2004, the Health Service Executive (HSE) is responsible for the provision of health and personal social services including addiction services.
As this is a service matter, I have asked the Health Service Executive to respond to the Deputy directly, as soon as possible.
The Department of Health is not in a position to quantify or provide information on funding that may be provided to the organisation by or on behalf of other Government Departments. Further information is provided in the organisation's annual reports: www.coolmine.ie/annual-report-2025/
