Deputy Michael Cahill asked the Minister for Health when funding will be provided for the infrastructure necessary to establish a Stem Cell Transplantation and Cellular Therapy Programme at Cork University Hospital (details supplied); when development of the programme will commence; when patients in the South of Ireland will have access to these services locally; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
