Deputy Carol Nolan asked the Minister for Health if she is aware that the absence of a diabetic pump is preventing a person (details supplied) with type one diabetes from securing mortgage protection on their home mortgage, placing the person and his family in a vulnerable and stressful situation; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
