The Minister referred the Deputy’s request for section 13 tobacco and nicotine product licence figures to the HSE for direct response.

Deputy Cormac Devlin asked the Minister for Health the number of licences issued under section 13 of the Public Health (Tobacco Products and Nicotine Inhaling Products) Act 2023 since 2 February 2026, disaggregated by licences in respect of a premises and licences in respect of online sales, and by licence type, in tabular form; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
