Deputy Ruairí Ó Murchú asked the Minister for Health the number of recorded cases of cerebral palsy that have been linked to traumatic birth incidents, in each of the past five years; the guidance there is in relation to informing and supporting families in these cases; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
