Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 39755 2026, the specific document, protocol or framework, as distinct from the Health Act 2004, the Health Service Executive (Governance) Act 2019 and the general Performance and Accountability Framework, that governs the respective responsibilities of her Department and the HSE at the point where a safeguarding or patient-safety concern arises; if that document is published; and, if so, to provide a copy or link.
