The Minister referred the request for monthly HSE escalation figures, categorised by concern and escalation level, to the HSE for direct response.

Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 39755/26, the number of occasions on which the formal escalation process under the HSE Performance and Accountability Framework has been triggered in each of the past 24-months, broken down by category of concern performance, governance, risk and patient safety; and the number of those escalations that reached the Chief Executive Officer and the HSE Board respectively.
