The Minister referred a question on HSE tracking and implementation of protected-disclosure recommendations from 2023 to early 2025 to the HSE for response.

Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health whether the HSE maintains a record tracking the implementation of recommendations arising from upheld and partially upheld protected disclosures from 2023 to the first quarter of 2025; the current implementation status of those recommendations; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
