Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question Nos 726 and 730 of 14 July 2026, which state that both consultation with clinical experts, patients and advocacy groups was undertaken as referenced in Parliamentary Question No. 691 of 28 May 2026, and that no minutes, records, file notes, meeting notes, internal correspondence or email communications exist in relation to that work, to state the documentary basis on which the HSE is able to assert that such consultation took place; and to identify the source relied upon for the statement made in Parliamentary Question No. 691 of 28 May 2026.
