I would advise the Deputy that a Parliamentary Question is not the appropriate channel for meeting requests to me.

I carefully consider all meeting requests that are forwarded to my personal diary mailbox.

I would suggest that the individual in question, or a representative on her behalf, submit a meeting request via this mailbox and it will be given prompt attention.
