Summary
The Minister referred questions about the value and continuation of HSE advertising for consultant posts in medical journals to the HSE for response.

Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 2282 of 9 June 2026, and the finding that only 1% of 2,216 applicants stated they saw the advertisement in a journal, the assessment the HSE has made of the value for money of advertising consultant posts in medical journals; whether the HSE intends to continue such advertising; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
