Deputy Carol Nolan asked the Minister for Health whether the HSE centrally records qualification-verification or credential-authentication failures which do not result in an erasure or sanction by a professional regulator, including false, altered, fraudulent or unverifiable educational qualifications; the number of such cases identified in each of the years 2023 to 2025 and to date in 2026; if no, central record is maintained, to state this explicitly; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
