Summary
The Minister referred the request for the HSE’s top staffing suppliers and framework procurement proportions to the HSE for a direct response.

Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 1231 of 26 May 2026, which did not include the supplier breakdown requested, to provide the ten highest paid agency and locum staffing suppliers to the HSE by total value in each of the past five years; and to indicate the proportion of this expenditure procured through established framework agreements as against off-framework arrangements.
