Deputy Naoise Ó Cearúil asked the Minister for Health if she will provide an update on the implementation of Phase 1 of the Single Point of Access (SPoA) model for children's disability, primary care and child and adolescent mental health services referrals; and the number of referrals processed through the new system since its introduction.
