Summary
The Minister requested HSE data on delayed transfers of care and associated bed-day losses by hospital for 2020–2026.
3996. Deputy Barry Heneghan asked the Minister for Health the number of delayed transfers of care at each level 4 and level 3 hospital within each HSE region expressed as a percentage of all discharges from each hospital; and the number of bed days lost to delayed transfers of care expressed as a percentage of all available bed days at each hospital, in each of the years 2020 to 2025 and to date in 2026, in tabular form.
