Deputy Eoghan Kenny asked the Minister for Health whether the HSE has conducted a formal patient-safety or service-risk assessment arising from concerns communicated by senior management at Cork University Hospital regarding staffing and service capacity; the outcome of any such assessment; the actions subsequently directed or undertaken; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
