Education and Training Boards
The Minister declined to comment on an individual LOETB contract case, stating that staffing and contracts are the Education and Training Board’s responsibility.

I refer to your query in relation to a specific case concerning a contract of employment with Laois and Offaly Education and Training Board (LOETB).
LOETB, as the employer, is responsible for staffing matters, including the issuing and management of contracts, in accordance with all relevant guidelines and applicable employment legislation.
It would not, therefore, be appropriate for me as Minister to comment on individual cases.
