James Lawless Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science Fianna Fáil

HEAR and DARE are admissions schemes offered by the Irish Universities Association on behalf of the Higher Education Institutions with applications processed through the CAO.

HEAR and DARE are not Departmental schemes and therefore this Department has no remit and is not involved in overseeing them.

Any query relating to the scheme eligibility or administration would need to be directed to the IUA.
