The Minister said negotiations on community training centre staff pay are nearing conclusion through the WRC and declined further comment pending the outcome.

My Department continues to encourage the parties to this claim to engage through the appropriate industrial relations channels.
The Irish Association of Community Training Organisations (IACTO), as the employer, has been engaging with staff representatives via the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC). Finalisation of that process is expected imminently.
As Minister, it would not be appropriate for me to comment further pending the outcome of the process.
