Deputy Roderic O'Gorman asked the Minister for Transport if Iarnród Éireann will run an advertisement campaign on both social media and in print media in quarter 4 of 2026 reminding passengers that bikes are not permitted on train services during morning and evening peak rush periods; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As Minister for Transport, I have responsibility for policy and overall funding in relation to public transport; however, I am not involved in the day-to-day operations of public transport.
