Ireland remains committed to the pursuit of constructive cooperation with Israel in line with Ireland’s steadfast support for the two-State solution, with two States, Israel and Palestine, living side by side in peace and security.

It is precisely at times of conflict that diplomacy is most useful, and it is important to maintain open channels of communication with Israeli interlocutors. In this regard, officials at Ireland's Embassy to Israel in Tel Aviv routinely engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including politicians and leaders of the opposition parties, as part of their regular duties.
