Deputy Sorca Clarke asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Finance the expenditure incurred by his Government Department on external consultancy services in each of the past five years, broken down by consultancy firm, project and amount paid; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I wish to advise the Deputy that the consultancy costs of the Department of Finance are available on the Department’s website, the link to the annual consultancy costs reports up to 2025 is included as follows for ease of reference. The 2026 consultancy costs will be published in the first quarter of 2027.
