National Treasury Management Agency, National Asset Management Agency, Strategic Banking Corporation of Ireland, Home Building Finance Ireland

The NTMA assigns staff to the Strategic Banking Corporation of Ireland, Home Building Finance Ireland and the National Asset Management Agency (up to its dissolution) (the “Affiliate Agencies”).

The NTMA and affiliates are statutory bodies however, under the NTMA’s governing legislation, NTMA employees are not civil servants within the meaning of the Civil Service Regulation Act 1956. For the purposes of this response, ‘public service personnel’ refers to staff employed by the NTMA.

Note: The 2016 figure relates to headcount, FTE reporting commenced 2017 onwards.
