The 2024 Assistant Principal (AP) Open competition is being managed by Publicjobs, which has informed me that, in relation to Wexford, four (4) candidates have been interviewed to date and two (2) have been appointed.
Publicjobs has received two requests from Departments to fill AP vacancies in Wexford during the lifetime of the competition, and both vacancies have now been filled.
The competition remains open, and candidates are continuing to move through the selection process. At present, 35 candidates remain at Stage 1 (Online Assessments) and 15 candidates remain at Stage 2 (Shortlisting). These candidates may progress to later stages of the competition as further vacancies arise.
