Jack Chambers Minister for Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation Fianna Fáil

The Government recognises the important contribution made by community and voluntary organisations in delivering a wide range of services and supports to communities across the State.

Funding for these organisations is provided through a wide range of initiatives across a number of Government Departments.

Decisions regarding the funding of individual community and voluntary organisations are primarily a matter for the relevant Department with responsibility for the agency or public body concerned.
