1061. Deputy Roderic O'Gorman asked the Minister for Enterprise, Tourism and Employment the timelines for the next scheduled meeting with the Chief Executive Officer of Fáilte Ireland: and if he will make a statement on the matter [62580/26]

My next scheduled meeting with the Chief Executive Officer of Fáilte Ireland will take place on 29 September. In addition, the next quarterly liaison meeting between my Department and Fáilte Ireland, which is attended by the Chief Executive Officer and Departmental officials, is scheduled for 13 October.

I have regular engagement with Fáilte Ireland and its leadership on matters relating to the development of the tourism sector and the implementation of key tourism policy initiatives.
