Bus Éireann advise that while the general terms of the School Transport Schemes are provided consistently in responses, they also ensure that any case-specific points or queries raised by the representative are addressed. The intention is not to provide a generic response, but to give the relevant scheme information alongside a specific response to the individual circumstances raised. If families wish to raise specific queries, Bus Éireann and/or the School Transport Section would be happy to address these queries.
