I can confirm to the Deputy that my Department has not held any contracts with the company referenced.
There are eight agencies under the remit of my Department: the Charities Regulator, Western Development Commission, Water Safety Ireland, Pobal, Office of An Coimisinéir Teanga, Údarás na Gaeltachta, An Foras Teanga, and the Ulster Scots Agency. While the agencies are independent legal entities responsible for managing their own corporate affairs, I am informed that no agency has held any contracts with the company referenced.
