Deputy Richard Boyd Barrett asked the Minister for Enterprise, Tourism and Employment the details of any contracts in place between his Department and agencies under his remit with a company (details supplied) known to have provided material support to the IDF in Gaza, which the Government considers to be guilty of genocide, since 2023. While my Department does make annual payments to continue to use perpetual licenses, my Department has no record of any contract with this company during the period specified. Contractual relationships in respect of the Agencies of my Department is an operational matter for them and not one in which I have a direct responsibility. I have accordingly forwarded the Deputy's question to the agencies for attention and direct reply.
