Peter Burke Minister for Enterprise, Tourism and Employment Fine Gael

The buildings occupied by the Department are owned and/or managed either by the Office of Public Works (OPW) or by private landlords. Notwithstanding these ownership and management arrangements, the Department is committed to ensuring that the premises they occupy are accessible and suitable for persons with disabilities, including wheelchair users. Accordingly, all buildings occupied by the Department are wheelchair accessible.

The Department will continue to ensure that accessibility requirements are taken into account in relation to any future accommodation arrangements, refurbishment projects, or office fit-outs, with a view to maintaining appropriate accessible access.
