With regard to the specific application about which the Deputy has enquired, supporting documents for this application were received by the Passport Service on the 28/07/2026. The turnaround time following receipt of supporting documents for a first time application is 20 working days. Additional supporting documents were requested by the Passport Service on the 20/08/2026 and received on the 31/08/2026. The turnaround time following receipt of further supporting documents is 15 working days. Therefore this application is within the current turnaround time and has not yet reached its issue by date.
