Payments for completed Farming for Water measures are due shortly, while nutrient-plan verification continues and no claims were received for other actions.
1005. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the reason for the delay in issuing the farming for water's grant to people who were approved. [65722/26]

Approvals for applications, verification of measures taken, processing and approval of individual farmer payments for the FFW EIP are made by the operational group managing this EIP River Basin Management Service's (formerly the Local Authorities Water Programme (LAWPRO)) administration staff and catchment scientists. Payment checks are then conducted by my Department.
The person named is an approved participant in the Farming for Water (FFW) European Innovation Partnership (EIP) project. The applicant will receive payment for measures for completed for which payment claims have been submitted and following detailed checks which are completed for each farmer payment by and the Department.
I can confirm that payments related to the following actions which have been completed by this applicant and for which all checks have now been completed are due to issue in upcoming payment runs.

In respect of the Nutrient management plan action associated with this application verification checks by LAWPRO are underway and the payment claim will be processed following completion of all the checks.
LAWPRO have indicated that they do not at this time have payment claims for any other completed actions asscoiated with this application.
