Access to the report referred to under the Freedom of Information Act was refused under Section 29(1)(a), on the basis that the report was undergoing a deliberative process. The Department's position in relation to the release of the report is currently under review by the Office of the Information Commissioner. A decision on the publication of the report will issue in due course.
