Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 840 of 30 June 2026, the specific process by which a child whose immunisation record fails to transfer successfully to the National Immunisation Information System is identified and flagged for vaccination follow-up; the safeguards in place to ensure such a child is not lost to the vaccination schedule; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
