Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 766 of 14 July 2026, to identify who holds national accountability for detecting and reducing unnecessary or duplicate laboratory testing across the 41 hospital laboratories (details supplied); the estimated annual cost of unnecessary or duplicate testing nationally; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
