Departmental Contracts
The Department of Health has no contracts with the specified organisation; the HSE and other bodies will address any relevant arrangements directly.

Deputy Richard Boyd Barrett asked the Minister for Health the details of any contracts in place between her Department and agencies under her remit with a company (details supplied) known to have provided material support to the IDF in Gaza, which the Government considers to be guilty of genocide, since 2023. I have asked the Health Service Executive to respond to the Deputy directly, as soon as possible.
Details for other bodies under the aegis of my Department are operational matters for the bodies concerned and the Deputy should contact the relevant Director/CEO/Registrar directly.
