Deputy Paul Lawless asked the Minister for Health if she is aware of concerns regarding staff fatigue and burnout arising from staffing levels in the emergency department of Mayo University Hospital, particularly during night shifts; whether an assessment has been undertaken of the impact of staffing levels on patient safety and staff wellbeing; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
